Is it easy to return items?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to return the shoes.

What items are returnable?

  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
  • Items are eligible for return as long as the return is initiated within 30 days .

How do I initiate a return for defective product?

Please email our team at help@bigshoes.com for assistance with a manufacturer defect related return. Include the following information in your request:

  • Order Number, Description of Issue and Photo of Defect
  • For orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for
    all shipping charges.
  • Warranty claims are not available for refund, replacement only.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Shoes that have visible wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items that were ordered outside of our 30 day return window.
  • Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How soon will I get my refund? 

We will refund any outstanding Instant Refund balance within two weeks of receiving your return.
