Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to return the shoes.
What items are returnable?
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and in new condition.
- Items are eligible for return as long as the return is initiated within 30 days .
How do I initiate a return for defective product?
Please email our team at email@example.com for assistance with a manufacturer defect related return. Include the following information in your request:
- Order Number, Description of Issue and Photo of Defect
- For orders shipped outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for
all shipping charges.
- Warranty claims are not available for refund, replacement only.
What items are non-refundable?
- Shoes that have visible wear, stains, odor, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Items that were ordered outside of our 30 day return window.
- Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
How soon will I get my refund?
We will refund any outstanding Instant Refund balance within two weeks of receiving your return.
How do I initiate a return for an order shipped outside of the USA?
At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for
international orders. Therefore, international customers will be
responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have any
questions, please let us know!
- Pack your items in a shipping box along with the corresponding packing slip.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and must be in new condition.
